In high school I created a collage of goals. Most of the goals I had then still apply. Some have been accomplished and others are still a work in progress. People are constantly evolving, and my goal to own a lavender VW Beetle is no longer something I desire. Two goals from the collage:
1) Get 7.5-8 hours of sleep per night
2) Workout 4-5 days a week
These two go hand in hand. My workout routine could be better; I average 2-3 days a week. Sleep is more challenging for me. I get a jolt of energy at night and think I’ll miss something exciting if I turn in early.
With 2 months left in the year, I want to up my workout average to 4 days a week and get at least 7.5 hours of sleep per night. Time is passing quick, and the New Year will be here before we know it. There is still time for you to join in and accomplish your 2014 resolutions, getting a jump start on the New Year.
I certainly feel the same way,and because of my job getting enough sleep and exercise is very difficult.I plan to set a goal and try to reach it.Thanks for the encouragement.
Don’t be hard on yourself. I know you will get back on track soon. You have always been good about working out and you look great!
