This weekend my best friend and I went to Farm & Frills Vintage Christmas Bazaar at the Riverside Valley Grange. This was their second annual Christmas event and our first time attending. I was expecting a larger venue but instead found that it was in a tiny house. That did not limit the amount of treasures that we found.
The exterior was festively decorated and the perfect setting for some photos.
The booths inside were perfectly curated and so lovely. Stefanie and I visited each spot and then circled back to make our purchases. We both bought decorative windows that can be hung on a wall. I also bought some vintage ornaments, the most adorable white porcelain cat figurines (with metallic gold and red dots), and a mason jar filled with vintage baubles.
We finished up and decided to head over to Sumner. The downtown area on Main Street is so quaint and delightful. Stefanie and I stopped for lunch and then went to explore.
We saw the cutest window display at Madame Hatter.
Another place to check out is New England Saltbox.
Persnickety’s Emporium – Amazing furniture and decor. A definite must see.
NorthLight Interiors – Beautifully decorated but also very expensive.
Visiting the stores in Sumner got me in the holiday spirit and in the mood to decorate.
The Farm & Frills Holiday Bazaar was also a treat! Steff and I were both impressed with the presentation and the inexpensive prices. The next Farm & Frills is scheduled for May 9, 2015 at the Enumclaw Expo Center. It’s on our calendar.
